Warranty
Blackspire Fantasy guarantees that all books sold on our web site are fresh new titles free of printer defects and damage.
Returns
RETURN POLICY: Should you purchase a new Blackspire Fantasy title and find that it contains a printer error or other damage, please contact us immediately via email (contact@blackspirefantasy.com). Sometimes we may ask that you return the damaged book and we will replace it or refund your money (or issue a credit to your credit card). Sometimes we will replace the product and allow you to retain the damaged book, merely asking that you try to find another aspiring gamer who might benefit from the damaged product. In all cases, the decision to ask for the product’s return lies with Blackspire Fantasy LLC.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item
DIGITAL ITEMS: All sales on digital content are final. If you have any issues with the download please contact us immediately via email (contact@blackspirefantasy.com).
Shipping
Please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES: You the customer are responsible for paying all taxes, customs, and import fees levied by your government. Blackspire Fantasy can not know what these fees may be, nor do we profit from them in any way. The shipping and handling charges for your order do not include fees charged by your government. Check with your local post office, shipping agent, or government representative to determine if items you order from the USA will be taxed upon arrival in your country. IF your order only contains BOOKS we will label the customs forms with the description of BOOKS. However, even if ONE item in your order is not a book, we cannot by law describe your order contents solely as BOOKS.
